Deluxe package
First - board our exclusive deluxe 102 ft, 8 guest cabin gulet, with its luxurious deck, crew of 5, jet ski, 2 kayaks, full bar and wait staff. Indulge in delicious meals prepared on board by our private chef, explore Croatia’s wine scene with the best of the nations produce along with some of our favourites from the Fresh Eire Adventures cellars… this is an all-inclusive offer; all your drinks and all your meals on board are included. By day we ride on some of the most scenic and quietest biking routes in the Adriatic, traversing the stunning islands, joining up with our gulet at the end of each ride.
Itinerary
We start at 2pm in either Split or Dubrovnik on the first day with a brief walking tour before boarding our gulet at 4pm. Our island hopping starts right away from “the pearl of the Adriatic”. Over the following 6 days we’ll work our way along the Peljesac peninsula, Hvar and Korcula before finishing in the ancient towns of either Split or Dubrovnik. Besides great cycling roads you will discover ancient UNESCO sites, charming villages, vineyards and the stunning beautiful Dalmatian coastline. The boat anchors in the most beautiful bays of Brač, Hvar and Vis, Mljet, Sipan, Korčula and Lastovo. Our tour will end the following Friday after breakfast. We’ll disembark and say farewell in either Split or Dubrovnik at 9am and then you’ll be free to explore the old town. We can arrange for transfers back to either Split or Dubrovnik.
This will be a 7 night / 7 day tour (Sunday PM to Sunday AM)
The rides
Distances: 0–60 km per day with a total of 130–300 km including all options, with lots of variety.
This is a moderate tour - generally rolling or hilly terrain; if you are concerned about some of the hills (maximum 500m climbing on a few of the days) consider ordering an e-bike. Most of the routes are paved but there are some gravel roads which we use from time to time for access to the most stunning scenery.
Please note there is no support vehicle on this tour.
The Gulet
Built in 2007, our guests can benefit from the panoramic views from the upper deck where you will find sun loungers and extra seating. Alfresco dining is available both in the deck area as well as the spacious saloon (redecorated in 2018). Each room is equipped with either a double bed (Double) or two single
beds (Twin); there are 4 of each and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis so please note your preference when registering your interest. Each guest cabin is located at the waterline and has a porthole window in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Each cabin comes with its own private en suite bathroom featuring shower, sink & toilet. The bathrooms were all refitted in 2021. There is wi-fi internet on board, TV, DVD & CD library, Playstation, iPod docking station, and Bluetooth music system. There are two 2-person kayaks, snorkeling gear, water-skiing, Waverunner, 15ft dinghy with 50 hp Yamaha motor, and a BBQ. The fantastic crew members are specially trained to provide discreet and quality service and will take excellent care of you. All of the crew speak English beautifully, so you will have no problem with communication. The captain’s knowledge and experience in sailing and navigation will make your voyage not only comfortable, but very secure.
Meals, wines and beverages:
All meals will be included and are served on board our gulet and are prepared by our private chef. All drinks and wines are included: 6 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 6 dinners. Our chef will be delighted to prepare dishes to meet guests’ special wishes and dietary requirements. Dishes will be served with, for example, capers, samphire, truffle, motar (Chrithmum maritimum) and small onions pickled in the Antisic family tavern, seasoned with sea salt from Ston and harvested in karst karrens of open sea islands, and homemade red and white wine vinegar. Expect to be invited into the kitchen for a demonstration of how to prepare, for example, the finest gnocchi! Fresh bread and produce is delivered to the boat each morning from local markets and bakeries. We will also dine in one of Padraic's favourite restaurants - Dalmatino on Hvar: his friend Dennis takes excellent care of our guests. We also visit Rocki's agriturismo on Vis for a very authentic lunch in the vineyard and get to sample their fabulous wines.
Expect a variety of local wines, liquors and brandy to enchance a fine dining experience and supplemented by stellar wines from our own Fresh Eire Adventures cellars, picked up from some of our other wonderful tours. Superb attention shall be given to the selection of oil originating from Istria and the Adriatic islands. All soft drinks, beers are also included and we'll be more than happy to share with your our signature cocktail, the Tajna Mora which was developed by Rob and Sharon on our first Bike & Sail Croatia trip in September 2016 ... or try Debbie's Prickly Pear martini using locally foraged fruits. The guides
Padraic will be your Tour Manager and despite his best efforts will not be able to pass himself off as a Croatian man. However, our Captain will host a couple of dinners through the week. Your main Guide will be a local Croatian and an experienced bike tour guide fluent in English and Croatian.

If you’re a single traveller and willing to share with a roommate of the same sex, we can waive the single supplement if we successfully pair you up with another guest.
